Spring Boot Camp               

Push yourself to your limits in our personal training program that mixes traditional boot camp exercises with strength and plyometrics.  Program runs 4 times a week for 8 weeks

Outdoor Boot Camp        

Challenge yourself with our personal training program and bring your workout to the great outdoors.  Increase strength, endurance and stamina using tires, parachutes, weight vests, and ladders just to name a few.

Mission Slimpossible

JCC's exclusive 8 week weight loss program. Your personal weight coaches will work with you over 16 sessions to educate, motivate and inspire you to reach your desired weight loss goals.  Two group exercise sessions, Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.  8 online seminars to help educate you on nutrition, behavior modification and exercise.  Measurements, weight and body fat testing is included.
