Save the Betty Clark Pool
The Betty Clark Pool is Albany JCC's indoor swimming pool. It is a little over 20 yards in legnth, capable of having up to five (5) swimming lanes at a time and has a 90,000 gallon capacity. It is named for Betty Clark, a much beloved Aquatics Director and swim instructor for the JCC who taught thousands of Albany children, and some adults, how to swim. Betty retired in 1979. The pool is more than 60 years old.
