Chris is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. An Albany native, he is a graduate of the State University of New York, Empire State College; and the Sage College of Albany.
Through personal experience and inquiry, he has developed an approach to fitness and well-being that emphasizes a comprehensive strength and conditioning program personalized to each client’s abilities and ambitions.
For those new to a formal exercise regime—as well as for those returning to regular exercise—the most difficult step is often the first one. If a client is motivated enough to take that initial step, Chris believes, as a trainer, it is his responsibility to provide the tools and encouragement required to maintain that early level of commitment.
