Always having a passion for fitness, Angie participated in sports all through her life, which included playing for the city of Albany's competitive rugby club the Knickerbockers for 9 years. After retiring from rugby, Angie began CrossFit, eventually earning Level-1 trainer certification and coaching bootcamp classes. Angie is currently a Level-2 CrossFit Trainer and holds her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Angie loves creating a fitness environment where everyone of all levels feels comfortable; she works hard to adjust and modify movements depending on one's capability and confidence. Angie believes that through fitness, nutrition, and wellness, you can become the strongest version of yourself both physically and mentally; she looks forward to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals.
