Stacey is a certified personal trainer through the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America.  She also is a group fitness instructor of all types of class including Zumba and Kickboxing. Stacey has been in the fitness profession for 5 years and has a doctorate in School Psychology.  She became interested in fitness, because she was once overweight and unfit. Stacey used the tools she learned in personal training to make healthy changes.  Stacey’s background and experiences have given her the unique perspective to understand her clients and help them achieve their goals.  In training sessions, Stacey focuses on weight loss, strength training and stamina.  She has worked with clients with injuries and has adapted the exercise routine to make sure they see result without further injury.
