Senior Lounge and Sixty-Plus Dining Program
Our comprehensive senior adult program offers opportunities for older adults to socialize and stay physically active and mentally alert. Through our varied offerings, we bring seniors together, foster socialization and help lessen isolation and loneliness. We address the interests of seniors from a range of backgrounds, many in transition and seeking to connect after a move to the area, following the death of a spouse or upon retirement. Our supportive stimulating activities help seniors stay engaged and independent. The senior lounge, located in the Massry Center, is a welcoming space- with tables and chairs for card and game playing, coffee and tea set –up, comfortable couches and chairs and a paperless lending library.
Our Sixty-Plus Dining Program offers kosher meals to those 60+ years old. This program is supported by the Albany County Department for Aging and is under the kosher supervision of the Vaad Hakashruth of the Capital District. Please click here to view the menu and request a reservation.
